A Sister True

Master went searching for..
A sister to have and hold,
A special girl to fill our hearts,
To sit with me at his feet,
To share our lives day in, day out,
To learn from us,
Then in turn, teach as well,
Girls came and went,
None could make the grade,
A sister of my heart turned away,
Her life caused her, to say nay,
Then a stranger to me,
A simple sweet girl, learning her way,
Sat in counsel with Master,
Friendships were formed, respect gained,
Did I want this girl as sister,
Did Master love her already,
A stranger to me, barely spoken to,
A sister I loved lost,
Could I bear to open to another,
Would the pain be repeated,
Jealousy was here as well,
Jealousy once accepted shrank in size,
Masters smile is so wide,
His pride in us both brought shear delight
Now I see a sister in the making,
What the future holds I do not know,
Will she be a sister true,
Growing and learning abounds,
Trust and security is slowly establishing,
Afraid to let walls down,
Finding courage in spite of fear,
The path of two is widening here,
Will it soon be three,
Pride in this sister I feel,
Affection for her grows,
Dare I hope she is a sister true,
With whom I will share my life and love,
Don't let her run, is my feverant wish,
We joined as 2 but are whole as 3.
Petion submited and accepted,
New sister I grew to care for you,
Imperfections and impatient as you were,
Pride in your efforts, to please Master,
Struggles you seemed to defeat,
Then you left, a void in our hearts,
As you flew from our embraces,
Running, fleeing, leaving pain in your wake,
Tears cascade, trying to wash the hurt away,
The more they fall the more the pain,
Can I ever open to this pain again?
Master pushes me to, says to let it go,
I just cry..... Master will continue the search...
